These Terms of Service govern your use of marqor.store and purchases from MARQOR Sports. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Online store terms
You must be the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, photography, prices, and availability accurately. Screens and lighting may display colors differently. Handcrafted or natural materials may have small variations. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.
3. Combat-sports safety
Combat sports and physical training involve an inherent risk of serious injury. MARQOR equipment is intended to support training but cannot prevent every injury and is not a substitute for proper coaching, technique, supervision, hand wrapping, or medical advice.
Inspect equipment before every use and stop using any item that is damaged, excessively worn, or does not fit correctly. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and using products appropriately. Never use training equipment as a guarantee of safety.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added where applicable and will be displayed during checkout when available. Payment is due when the order is placed. Payment processing may be handled by Shopify and other third-party providers under their own terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, address issues, customs, inventory, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
